Cell phones are allowed at camp but students will be required to keep them in their dorms during all services and activities. We want Camp to be a distraction-free week for students, and few things distract students as much as their phones. Taking away this distraction will help students out of their regular routine and opens them up to hear from Jesus in ways they haven’t before. 

Before we leave for camp, we will give you a contact number for emergencies only. All of our leaders will have cell phones so your student will have access to a phone if they need to reach you.

The campground provides a certified chef. The students will be provided with 3 well balanced meals a day. There will also be a concession stand open after services in the morning and evening. If there are any dietary restrictions, please make camp staff aware as soon as possible so that accommodations can be make. 

When you check your child in at camp you will receive several contact phone numbers you can call in case of emergency to get in contact with your student. 

Deposits for camp can be made in cash or check and turned into Pastor Michael, Pastor Jackie or dropped in the offering. If you are unable to pay in check or cash you can make payments through paypal here. Be sure to write in the note section "gather" or "camp" and your student's name. 

There are two large dormitories' (girls' dorm and boys' dorm). In the dorms are twin sized bunk beds. Students will need to bring bedding and a pillow. In the dorm there are bathrooms and showers. 

Yes, there will be two fundraisers: a bake sale in May (all students who participate will receive a equal part of money raised)
